PEAC’s diverse, global client base operates in many industries including financial services, banking, fund management, electronic payments, telecom, and marketing and advertising. PEAC also provides services to several industry associations including the Ethics and Compliance Officer Association.

Mr. Ott currently serves as a Board Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee at E*TRADE Bank, and he has held board positions with CashCard Inc., Virtual Communities, and the Northview Fine Arts Association.  He is a past member of the Consumer Bankers Association’s Senior Council and is a current member of the National Association of Corporate Directors. 

Mr. Ott received an M.B.A. in Marketing and Finance from the University of Santa Clara and has completed post-graduate studies at Dartmouth College.  Mr. Ott also holds a Life-Time Teaching Credential from the Board of Governors of the California Community Colleges for the subjects of Banking, Finance, Business Management, and Marketing.
